The wife was forever complaining about the ecigs' crappy chargers, so I decided to try and help. I designed this double battery charger with voltage displays and a better charge system using TP4056 boards. The two battery holders came from old chargers, and I used one of their USB wires to supply power to the 4056 boards. I printed it on my printer, setting the resolution to 0.2mm, infill to 25%, and supports to yes. After printing, I refined the display holes so they fit snugly around the displays without needing much sanding. Finally, I used glue or epoxy to mount the battery holders in place.
