Simple Wall Mount for Bikes. This one was designed to mount my e-bike (with mounted battery) weighing approximately 50 pounds. Big mountain bike tires will also fit in the base plates, with tire widths of about 70 mm. Print Instructions: - No supports are required. - Print a pair of base plates (filename: bike_wall_mount_baseplate_v5.stl). - Both files can be printed with a minimum layer height of 0.3 mm. - To achieve extremely strong parts, I have printed the two base plates with an infill of 75% and the top anchor with 100% infill. - For good fixation, I used a printable carabiner (available here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1819242). - Lastly, you must print a fixation for the brake(s), or the bike can roll off the base plates too easily. I simply used a printable cable tie, which you can customize to suit your needs (available and customizable here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:58776).
