E-bike Thumb Throttle replacement

I've experienced 2 throttle failures on my Sondors X Fat Ebike within a month. I disassembled the casing to reverse-engineer the design. The modified unit works well as is, but the magnet sticks out slightly from its original position, causing enough friction for the spring not to return freely to zero position. However, this creates a cruise control effect that I find beneficial. Note that this installation is designed specifically for the left side of the handlebars. If your original throttle doesn't resemble the 'Scooter Throttle' picture, this modification may not be suitable for you. Update: I've created an additional file titled V2, which allows the spring to move freely after some sanding on both the interior and exterior rings. Although I'm still using Version 1, I can see how V2 might be a safer option. To make it more secure, I also reinforced the connection.
