E-bike Speed Controller Bracket (Parametric)
thingiverse
I had trouble building my own e-bike because the speed controller wouldn't fit easily onto the bike frame. While browsing through Thingiverse, I found a bracket that looked useful but it was the wrong size for my ESC, so I decided to create a parametric version using OpenSCAD. This new bracket should be versatile enough to adapt to most common e-bike speed controllers. You'll also need some cable-ties to keep your wiring organized and a few M5 bolts and nuts. My speed controller had plenty of unnecessary connections in addition to the ones for the motor and throttle, so I cut off those extra wires and hot-glued them shut. I also shortened many of the wire lengths. The final result works well and seems sturdy enough for normal on-road riding conditions.
