E-bike LCD Display Protective Sun Shade

This is a Sun Shade & protection bumper for my ebike LCD Display. The display measures 95mmx65mmx13mm. Print in ABS at 35%. Supports are not needed. Rafts are not required. This design is still a work in progress. Update: This project evolved from remixing http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1938817 to refine my own design, as the original was too fragile for use. I removed the clips that broke off easily. A mixture of acetone and ABS (gloop) is necessary to seal and finish this design effectively. Sealing with gloop will also make it more secure, preventing it from detaching too quickly. I printed this in two separate parts, eliminating the need for supports. The top part was printed in ABS at 15% infill at a resolution of 0.2. The bottom part was printed in ABS at 35% infill at 0.2mm resolution. The two pieces were glued together using gloop, a mixture of acetone and glow-in-the-dark green ABS. To change the color mid-print, I paused the top print after about 45 minutes to switch from glow-in-the-dark green to black ABS.
