E-bike charger holder for bicycle frame top tube (men's bike) / Giant Explore

To charge my e-bike on the road at a 230 V outlet I must take an appropriate charger with me. But where to leave the charger during charging? Just put it on the rack where it can easily fall off if a passerby comes to the bike or this is moved by the wind? And do you want to take the "expensive" original charger always with you? By transporting such a charger suffers mechanically and visually. So I bought a "cheap" charger from a third party supplier which fits for the battery of my Giant Explore E+ 1 GTS XL (MJ 2020). Then I designed a simple frame for this charger in 3D CAD and made it with my 3D printer to be able to hang this charger on the top tube of my bike if needed. The part shown needs to be printed twice as it is only one half of the mount. Through the slots in the top and bottom of the frame can be pulled Velcro cable ties with a width of 20mm to fix the cables of the charger and, on the other side, to fix a 5m Euro plug extension cable and take with you when the way to the socket is a little further. The whole thing is screwed together with 4pcs. 4x40 countersunk screws. And ready is the "mobile charging solution" for the pedelec. So even the long tours with "electric tailwind" and a charging break is no longer an issue. Additionally required is: - 1x charger suitable for your own e-bike battery https://www.amazon.de/dp/B08CB152YP?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details - 4x Velcro cable ties 20mm wide https://www.ebay.de/itm/393743764927 - 4pcs. 4x40 countersunk head screws - 1x 5m Euro plug extension cable (optional) https://www.amazon.de/dp/B004AQUS1Q?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
