The original project involved reverse engineering a commercial 3M E-A-R One Touch earplug dispenser to transform it into an automatic cat feeder. Prior to 3D printing, detailed modeling of the dispenser, electronics components, and wood pieces was carried out in SolidWorks. The model accurately represents the dispenser's functionality, with simplified Stand Fixture geometry but no manufacturing artifacts. It required considerable effort to complete this project.
