Attention: The nozzle must be able to withstand high temperatures, so only filaments with high temperature resistance are recommended, such as ASA or ABS. Support structures: Are necessary for the bottom. I printed it with supports. You can try printing without them. To remove them, I carefully cut the bottom edge of the support with an electronics cutter and then removed it easily. ASA print: My printer is in a closed housing, so I was able to print the ASA without any problems. The diameter of the nozzle at the hair dryer connection should be slightly larger so that the nozzle does not fall off. If your print has shrunk, just print a little bigger. Remixes: You can adjust and change the SLT file as you like. Printing for others: Please do not ask if I can print the nozzle for someone else. I only print for myself. Have fun! Experience with the nozzle: My nozzle is quite thin-walled and therefore still flexible. Time will tell if the ASA filament can withstand the high temperatures. The drying of my wife's long hair has survived the nozzle, so she has passed the endurance test :). If the hair dryer manufacturer gets offended by this project, please send me a short information.
