Filament Detector Jammed.\r\n\r\nIf the filament from the spool gets stuck, it forces up the central bearing and activates the detector.\r\n\r\n- Each bearing (guiding roller) is independent which allows adjusting their position for better efficiency with your configuration.\r\n- Each bearing must be mounted on an M4 x 25 screw + locknut. Leave enough axial play to ensure their free rotation.\r\n- A recall spring constrains the filament and ensures proper system functioning. If needed, the spring can be installed from the top to reverse the action of the detection bearing.\r\n- Each element must be fixed according to your installation (e.g., on a wall).\r\n- The height and inclination of the switch must be adjusted according to your configuration. Screw into the oval hole of the push-bearing support\r\n\r\nTo Print:\r\n\r\n- 3 bearings\r\n- 2 sup_bearings\r\n- 1 sup bearing pusher\r\n\r\nAttention, reorient the pieces before printing.\r\n\r\n\r\nMaterial:\r\n\r\n- 1 Loom-type elastic for bracelet (or other)\r\n- 3 M4 x 25 screws for bearing axes\r\n- 3 locknuts M4 for bearing axes\r\n- 2 M4 washers for minimum detection bearing axis\r\n- 1 detector (switch)\r\n- 1 screw + nut for fixing detector\r\n- 3 fixation screws for each element (according to your configuration)\r\n\r\nEDIT : 09/03/2019 : sup_bearing pusher.STL: raised axle to avoid friction
