This tool enables you to deflate a bike tire. It allows you to properly fold the tire in a box or simply prevent it from trailing around. Please be aware that you need a valve cap to achieve threading: this part will be glued inside the printed object. The cap should be trimmed on both sides so as to only capture the threading. I used a whetstone for sharp objects to remove the plastic portion of the cap because it is very difficult to cut with scissors; Ideally, have a precision mini drill with a cutting disc. To keep the plug in place, I used a new car tire valve but an old bike tire valve works just as well, you just need to screw it on.
