This project aims to adapt the handle of the "Underwater Camera Deck" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3622968) inspired by FaceOnEgg's design "Various mods for Olympus PT-058 Housing for TG-5" from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3030704. In relation to the project at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3622968, several key modifications were made: * The original plate remains unchanged. * Handles are now 30 mm shorter to perfectly fit the device in question. * A redesigned trigger mechanism plate allows for secure attachment to the handle. * Minor adjustments were made to the release lever to ensure a snug fit on the PT-058's release button, while also improving trigger movement transmission. The original trigger release mechanism has not been altered. To enhance user experience, a spring was added to provide a smooth and comfortable trigger return. This was achieved by utilizing a pen spring, which was cut down to size due to its initial excessive length. Assembly is straightforward, requiring only two M2 screws of 30 mm in length plus two M2 nuts. For optimal results, lightly sand the parts to ensure a seamless movement. The outcome is a trigger that operates with a soft, progressive motion, allowing users to easily switch between single and double shot modes.
