DZ60 Keyboard Plate A.
thingiverse
I ordered a Plate A, but received a Plate B for my DZ60. Not wanting to wait or contact customer support, I decided to create my own instead. Using keyboard-layout-editor.com, I designed an SVG layout as a starting point. After testing the print, I discovered that the stabilizer spaces were too small and needed enlarging. My setup features a 2U backspace and arrow cluster paired with a standard space bar. Please note that this design may not work for other layouts without modifications. To ensure a smooth fit, you might need to adjust the file to match the holes on your plate. I configured my walls in Cura at around 3.2mm thickness, eliminating the need for infill. This was my second DZ60 build, and one of the benefits of using a 3D printed plate is that it eliminates concerns about switches being mounted unevenly due to excess space.
