This custom adapter serves as a direct substitute for the standard connection between the Dyson rear hose and the pull-out wand. Designed specifically to address a common issue, I created this alternative due to the tabs that secure the wand in place having broken off. To successfully attach the hose, you will need to create threads on the lower portion of the adapter.
