Print with the rounded side up, and you don't need supports. This adapter snaps straight on to your existing Dyson wall mount to allow you to store the V8 Vacuum after installing an M18 adapter kit. The kit I used from amazon, and the one this is specifically designed for was the <a href="https://a.co/d/drjwSVl">"BTRUI for Dyson V8 Battery Adapter for Milwaukee M18"</a> This may fit the Dewalt Adapter as well, but I don't have one to try.
