The DeWalt nozzle measures 1.25in/31.75mm OD, ensuring the adapter fits snugly on hoses of similar size from other brands. To assemble it successfully, you'll need to print the latch in ABS, as its built-in return spring will snap if produced in PLA. When assembled, this setup allows you to use any Dyson tool just like the original connector's push lock latch, eliminating the need for metal springs altogether.
