Dyson Hair Styler Attachment Insert

We recently completed a project to mount my the Dyson Hair styler in the bathroom rather than having it in a mess under the cabinet. To assemble we cut a 1x6 finished board to 18" lengths, finished the edge with a router, and then stained them a darker color. On the top shelf we used a 1-3/4" hole saw to make the through holes for the inserts. The holes we placed on 3" centers. We then used wood glue and placed the insert in the holes. Overall, we are really happy with how it turned out. If you need some help gathering materials here are some of the things that we used:Hole Saw: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-1-3-4-in-Hole-Dozer-Bi-Metal-Hole-Saw-49-56-9621/202327749 Shelf Bracket: https://www.hobbylobby.com/Home-Decor-Frames/Knobs-Hardware/Brackets/Brown-Simple-Metal-Bracket/p/80828100Wood GLue: https://amzn.to/3Ff1YqtWood Stain: https://amzn.to/48S4sbL
