Replace broken Dyson DC74 accessory latch with reinforced clamp. This DIY fix secures the latch, allowing easy accessory changes after installation. Apply this clamp after reattaching the latch with glue; it relieves stress and prevents future breakage (or avoids it altogether). The Dyson DC74's design puts significant strain on plastic around the latch. To assemble the clamp, you'll also need two M3 x 15mm cap-head bolts and two M3 locknuts. Low-profile locknuts (3mm height) will sit flush with the surface, while regular nuts can be used but may require occasional retightening. This part was printed in PETG at 100% infill for added strength.
