Dyson DC58 Attachment Female Connector for 38mm (Outer Diameter) PVC

I've designed an attachment holder with a female end that fits perfectly on the Dyson DC58 handheld vacuum. This allows you to attach a 38mm PVC pipe and use your vacuum like any other standard model, saving you around $500 for one of their new stick vacs. You can easily find the male end on Thingiverse. I've searched extensively for attachment holders that fit the Dyson "Stick" vacuums but none seemed to match. Even a clever design with a moving clip couldn't get it right. This basic holder features a hole where you can insert a split-pin or R-clip to securely hold the attachment in place. It's straightforward and easy to use. When shopping for PVC pipe at Bunnings, I discovered that the 32mm measurement doesn't refer to either the inner or outer diameter. Instead, it seems to be a vague term that means "approximately" 32mm. However, after further research, I found that the actual outer diameter of 32mm PVC pipe is actually 38mm. Update (December 2018): Since my original attachments don't have an elbow in them, I've redesigned this connector to include a bend, making it even more convenient and functional.
