I found a lot of Dyson adapters here, but most of them wouldn't fit. Instead, I decided to create my own, which was faster than trying and failing in the end. My DC29 has no idea how interchangeable it is with other Dysons, but on mine it fits perfectly fine. I wanted an adapter for a flexible hose with a very small aperture that would work with most vacuum cleaners - except for the Dyson. Since this part has a strange universal-style adapter, I wanted to build my own adapter only from the Dyson side. However, all I found were complete adapters. So here are both parts: the Dyson-only half for you to build whatever you need on the other side yourself, and my adapter to that somewhat mysterious universal thing, which I unfortunately don't know the name of. Oh, and one more thing - in contrast to the original Dyson parts, this one can turn around. I think it's an advantage, but if you don't like it, you'll need to put little stoppers into the nut.
