<p><strong>The problem:</strong><br>As mentioned, I am not a Dyson expert. </p><p>We own a Dyson ball (the one with the 40mm connection) because the supplied accessories are limited we bought new attachments.</p><p>Visually they look the same and for lack of further research it came to the wrong purchase.<br><br><strong>Solution:</strong><br>Weeks passed between the purchase and the first test, so it was too late for an exchange when we realized that the two did not fit together.<br>We could have sold the parts on ebay but I thought this is exactly the right 3d printing project.<br>I didn't find a suitable model (I don't want to say that there isn't one, but I didn't find it).<br>So I designed one myself.<br><br>Now I, or anyone who prints the model, can connect the new accessory with the 35mm connection to a ball with 40mm.<br> </p><p>Material: PLA<br>Nozzle: 0,4<br>Layer height: 0,16 (works also with 0,2)<br>Infill: 10%<br>Print speed: 45mm/s<br>Print time: about 9 hours because I print slowly</p><p>No support needed (but use a brim)</p><p> </p>
