Dyson 32mm Nozzle Adapter for Shark Vacuums

I have a couple of small accessories for an old Dyson DC07 in the house, and wanted to start using the short Dyson brush nozzle (pictured) on my Shark cleaner because its bristles are stiffer and more durable - the Shark brush is too soft and looks worn out now. Also the Shark brush is on the end of a long crevice nozzle that makes the setup too unbalanced to use comfortably at times.This adapter should work with any 32mm vacuum accessories, but I have only tested the fit on Dyson types so far. Design NotesWhile the Shark nozzle fit is snug, the Dyson end fits more tightly so it will stay on when pulled off - for convenience if only using one off-brand accessory.The Shark end is very slightly flared and has a notch that is sized to fit on the accessory holders on the machine.Please note, the version pictured was made before I realised I should have made the notch larger to fit properly on the storage posts - the published designs have the larger notch.The OpenSCAD file is unfortunately not parameterised, but straightforward to tweak nonetheless. Printing NotesPETG seems better for this print, as its higher flexibility and impact resistance makes it more suitable. PLA is fine though.Adding a brim helps with bed adhesion. I used a 6mm inner brim then cleaned it up with a knife.Printing narrow end down will help with keeping the notches print cleaner (no possible overhang mess) and makes a brim much simpler to clean up.
