DYS XM20 XMs30& XS20 ESC Shields

Here are some simple ESC shields for the DYS XM20 XMs30 & XS20 line of ESCs that can be easily slipped over snugly and protect the ESC from propeller strikes. The XMs30 requires removal of its heatsink! You must print these shields from TPU or similar flexible material, as they stretch slightly over the esc. A rigid material will not work at all. The shields fit snugly enough on top to prevent movement but can be slid back and forth for access to the solder pads. Print settings are crucial to get it right. Printer Brand: Robo 3D is recommended. Printer: The R1 ABS + PLA Model works best. Rafts: No rafts needed. Supports: No supports required. Resolution: A resolution of 0.2mm or 20 Microns gives the best results. Infill: 100% infill ensures a solid print. Notes: Prints stand well on their own.
