The dynamometer provides the means to measure a weight with precision, functioning essentially as a high-accuracy weighing device. In everyday use, it proves invaluable in both kitchen and workshop settings, earning a spot as an indispensable tool in various industries. To assemble, hang the dynamometer up and wrap a wire around its pulley system in multiple turns (rotating clockwise with the arrow pointing towards yourself). Its maximum holding force is engineered to accommodate a load of 1 DaN (1 kilogram) with precision. The eight discreet graduations on the tray help provide an estimate of the suspended weight. Manufactured entirely from PLA, it meets rigorous ASTM D882 test standards: exhibiting compressive strengths of 3310 MPa in MD and 3860 MPa in TD. The accompanying exploded diagram serves as a comprehensive guide to reassemble this dynamometer set correctly. All components require printing in a flat orientation except for the axis which must be printed vertically (utilizing an extensive brim for proper anchorage). Recommended printer settings: extruder temperature of 200 °C, bed temperature at 55 °C. Ideal print parameters include a layer height of 0.3 mm, and a combination of vertical shells and perimeter shells with values of 3 respectively. Additionally, specify the following parameters: Horizontal shell settings (solid top/bottom layers): 3 Fill density: 20% Support material not required. Speed settings for perimeters should be set at 45 mm/s.
