A gyroscope, discovered during my Dynamics (2) course last semester, is an intriguing device consisting of three rotating bodies perpendicular to each other. Lastly, I designed one according to my imagination using CATIA V5 R20. This remarkable tool has diverse applications like naval navigation and mobile phones. In a gyroscope, the direction of the inner ring remains unchanged even when the outer ring's direction is altered, and the main body rotates at speed. The gyroscopic effect comes into play when a moment is applied to the main body while rotating; it turns in the direction perpendicular to the moment's direction, ensuring stability in ship navigation or bicycle balance.
