Improves the original Prusa MMU2S Spool Holder for faster loading and unloading. Reduces unwanted friction by half! Can be used with or without a buffer system. Simply run it without the MMU and install a filament guide instead. Works seamlessly with 1kg spools. It also works great with 250g spools, but make sure to orientate them properly to prevent the spool from tipping over. By reducing plastic-on-plastic contact, dynamic friction decreases compared to plastic-on-metal contact. The installation is incredibly easy. First, remove the endstop and bearing. Then, slide both ends onto the metal rod. Finally, reinstall the bearing and endstop.
