I'm Excited to Try Making Some New Scale Intakes for the Dynam ME-262. With My Limited 3D Skills, I Only Just Managed to Create These Designs. Feel Free to Modify the Files to Make Them Better, and Then Please Share Them Again. The Intakes Are Printed in PLA at 0.2mm Layer Height, 0.7mm Line Width, 215c Degrees for High Strength, 50c Bed Temp., and at 25mm/s Print Speed. I Used 0% Infill and 1 Perimeter Shell with 2 Top and 2 Bottom Layers. In Simplify3D, You Need to Go to the Advanced Page and Select "Allow Single Extrusion Walls" to Print the Thin Walls. Otherwise, It Will Just Mess Up. I Tried Loading the STL's into Cura, but Without Any Special Settings, It Won't Work Out. I Haven't Looked into How to Make It Work Yet. To Assemble the Parts, Glue Them Together with Medium/Thick CA Glue and Activator for Maximum Strength. Edit: I've Uploaded My S3D FFF So You Can Look at It as a Template If You Need It. A Problem Has Been Reported with the Rear Intake Part Not Being 100% Flat, Causing Issues Due to Razor-Thin Sharp Edges. I Suggest Lowering the Part Down Through the Build Plate in S3D with the Z Offset to 21.00mm Instead of 21.62mm (Last Picture). This Will Thicken the Rear Part. Unfortunately, I Couldn't Fix This Issue Without Redesigning It, So This Is a Band-Aid. V2 Parts: Now Hopefully the First Layer Issue Is Gone. The Parts Are Now Thinned and Weigh 22g Instead of 30g. I Printed These with 0.20mm Layer Height, 0.6mm Line Width, 215 Degrees, and 25mm/s Print Speed. The Front Part is the Same, But Also Printed with 0.6mm Line Width, 2 Top and 2 Bottom Layers for Strength and to Close Holes. https://youtu.be/7c5hOR33oh4 https://youtu.be/sadGOe4Q0wg https://youtu.be/oMTgevjovh0 https://youtu.be/1s68J_El6t0 https://youtu.be/hwJp2S2dRu4
