Dymo LabelWriter 450 / 450 Turbo sticker roll
thingiverse
This sticker roll fits the Dymo LabelWriter 450 / 450 Turbo. It consists of two parts: the roll itself and a separate piece that attaches to the axis of the roll. An .stl file is also provided, which includes both parts. I designed this item using SkethUp by measuring the original part and creating a simplified version that fits well and does its job. This published design is the third version and is ready for use, I believe. At my workplace, I occasionally need to print different sized stickers. To be honest, it gets quite frustrating having to remove the roll completely, unload the existing stickers, reload new ones, and then put the roll back in the Dymo printer. So, I decided that printing individual rolls would solve this problem. By making rolls for each size of sticker, when I need to change sizes, I can simply swap out the entire package (the roll with its stickers) for a new one already attached to a new roll. To achieve optimal results when printing, it is suggested to use the Ultimaker 2 printer. It's recommended to let the first few layers expand due to heat in order to secure a snug fit between parts. Additionally, gently polishing the hole on the printed part will help improve the fit even further.
