Dymaxion Death Star

So after seeing the Dymaxion map, I was inspired to create a Dymaxion Death Star to match my X-wing and TIE Fighter ornaments from last winter. I modified the icosahedral corner to remove excess material, which ended up being a good decision since it made attaching panels much easier. I used 100% fill on this piece for added strength, but it's likely that lower fill settings would have worked just as well. Since I'm using a K40 laser, my panel layout is designed to fit within the 300 x 200 mm area. For assembly, I chose #8 x 1/2" self-tapping hex head screws for securing panels to icosahedral corners.
