Well, whatever you like to consider, you can print the hollowed version with a transparent color (SLA/DLP) and then you will see even his heart hit by the arrow inside of his chest. Remember only to DON'T add any support inside. You need support outside only, but inside not at all. Otherwise you could also not remove it.
