Building my own sandblasting cabinet was a challenge I was eager to take on, and Fusion 360 proved to be the perfect tool for designing custom flanges and a vacuum adapter tailored specifically for a 2 1/2 inch vacuum hose. With precision in mind, I opted to print all components without support material, employing a 40% infill density that would provide a strong yet lightweight structure. Creating threaded flanges with an integrated nut was a deliberate design choice, as it greatly simplifies the process of replacing gloves when they become worn out or damaged during use.
