Update (12/8/2018): With permission from Angus of Maker's Muse, I can now post the split up files as well as the 3x3 Core. These meshes have taken a beating (I'm a novice when it comes to modeling) but you should still be able to get them to print relatively well. The side pieces are grouped into three smaller files for easier printing, or you can rearrange them to your liking. You will need to print the Corner, Center, and Side groups as well as one Anything to 3x3 Core. I highly recommend watching Angus' video on printing and assembly as it was a huge pain. Printing the core completely solid is also recommended if you're using PLA, since the nuts kept breaking through the walls no matter how many shells I used. This finished puzzle cube is for my weekly D&D game. The characters need to match up the sides in order to complete the puzzles. Since the sides are engraved, it adds another level of difficulty since both the color and symbols need to be in the correct orientation. If you want the puzzle to be easier, just make it complete after the colors are properly aligned. If you want to print the cube out for yourself, you can find the base files here. One version has symbols associated with the schools of magic, created by choren64 on Reddit. I have also added a blank version so you can put whatever you want on the sides. To turn it into a 3x3 puzzle, you will need to follow the tutorial and purchase files from Maker's Muse. Due to licensing concerns, I cannot distribute the cut files. Feel free to print it out and let me know what you think! More puzzles will be posted soon if people are interested.
