Dwarven Helmet

I made this project for LARP and a light weight solid looking helmet to wear as a dwarf. I udes a few peices of the Gimli Helmet to start me off but have redesigned most to fit my needs. EnjoyHelmet Instructions:to make the dwarven helmet you will have to print the following files:front circle + back circle (or full circle if you have a big printer)Helmet toparcback A + Barcfront A + Barcside A + B (two times)sideburn R (and a mirrored version for the other side) (must be supported)NOTE: make infill 100% in the part that connects the helmet to the sideburnHelmet badge 1 or 2Helmet detail (optional)detail 1 (x2 is optional)Assemble the pieces with glue (i use fast drying superglue). All A and B sides fit in pairs. Glue the 4 arcs to the top piece and then the entire thing onto the circle. make sure the front is flush. Attach the front piece. If you use the “helmet detail” then glue it to the back bottom part of the circle. then glue in the sideburns. I used epoxy glue on my second try to reinforce it, along with a couple of small screws. Paint it (some like to sand it before… i didnt)padding:I used 8mm eva foam cut into triangles to pad the inside of the helmet. I then covered the foam with thin leather (upholstering leather?) and glued it all into place with a glue gun. I made a piece of thin leather that hangs from the side and back of the head and glued it in. I then added a layer of soft black fabric inside. After that i coveret a strip of soft foam in the same fabric and glued it inside as a brim. Some things may be visible in the pictures provided of the 2 helmets i have made.
