It's just the Dwarfclan Gunner (18mm scale) by dutchmogul but I removed the base and gave him a crude mustache. Because I wanted it off the base, and the bare lip bothered me. If anyone wants to do a better job of this, go right ahead, this was about the second or third time I'd ever touched Blender, and the first time I really took a crack at doing some work on a model. Now resized for 28mm scale.
