DescriptionStart building your own mini dwarf army.[edit] to put this in perspective, this is my Gen-3 ball joint design[EDIT 2024-02-01] I've added many files on the link below. Enjoy! The model is small so it prints fast.Designed for PLA 0.2 mm layers, 0.4 mm noozle. No support, no brim. I use a skirt. Other profiles are not recommended. The bodyPrint the body, remove the built-in supports and brims (hand, feet), tighten the screws, not too strong. It should keep the pose. Turn the arms and legs in the good orientation. For those who have problems with the screw being glued to the body, i have provided a body without screws and a separate set of 6 screws (1 spare).I use Wanhao PLA filament that works perfectly. Silk PLA is more fragile, so with it i print the screw separatly. I have tried many filaments, they all work perfectly when properly dried and if the printer flow is consitent and calibrated. I use a Bambulab P1S.The beardPrint it with a brim. Put one side in a cheek, and carefully force the other side to the other cheek from below the chin. It will not break (if your filament is dry) - says the guy who has redesigned it 22 times until it never breaks. The weaponsYou can find all weapons there there: https://www.printables.com/fr/model/740652-dwarf-of-moria-base-setHammer, handle and shield can be printed directly, no brim, no sopport needed. For the helmet use tree support. Plug the handle inside the hammer hole (insert the thinner side in the bigger hole, orient the the handle to fit the hole, press).Changing the body colorprint a body with another color. unscrew the screws. Pop the head and hands. They are very robust, so dont hesitate to pull. Plug the head and hands of other color.Paint the eyebrows and around the mouth in the beard color to give more life. You can do it with a multicolor printer or a marker.Print the body in silver silk PLA to simulate an armor.Goblinshttps://www.printables.com/fr/model/758071-goblins-of-moriaPlease like, show me your makes, comment: I love your feedback..
