This miniature has been designed with precision and care by Demons And Dice: Mini Builder If you want to design your own miniatures, check out our website at http://demonsanddice.ddns.net/mini-builder/index.html. Download the open beta version of the app to get started. **Print Procedure** _Note: Due to the small parts on this miniature, an SLA printer is highly recommended._ To generate supports for the miniature, follow these steps: 1. Open Meshmixer and import the *.obj file. 2. Go to Analysis and select Orientation. 3. Configure the tool with the following parameters: * Overhang Angle: 45 * Fit to Print Volume * Strength: 1 * Support Volume: 0 * Support Arena: 0 4. Choose the orientation that will generate supports on the back of the miniature. 5. Accept the new orientation and export the miniature. Next, import the oriented miniature into your 3D printer program, add supports, and generate a file for your printer. _Note: I prefer not to generate supports with Meshmixer because I've encountered issues with supports that are too close to the miniature (they join with the miniature parts and make it harder to remove them once printed)._ _Note: To generate supports in CHITUBOX 64, which I use for my Sparkmaker FHD printer, configure the settings as follows: * Z Lift Height: 4.00 mm * Contact Shape: None * Contact diameter: 0.30 mm * Contact Depth: 0.20 mm * Connection Shape: Cone * Upper Diameter: 0.20 mm * Lower Diameter: 0.70 mm * Connection Length: 2.00 mm * Auto Support: + Minimum Length: 5.00 mm + Cross Start Height: 3.00 mm + Density: 50% + Angle: 45
