This is a basic remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:410266, itself a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:231219, a dust shoe for the DeWalt 660. I found it essential to have a skirt for our projects on our home brew router, so I added a ring in the right spot to zip tie a skirt to the dust shoe. This mix also removes some interior plastic that caused jams with larger wood chips. I'm using 3/16 inch thick rubber, but vinyl or other materials would work just as well. This might be obvious, but print this upright, despite its current orientation on its side. That's a result of importing it for me. Good support settings are crucial on this one because it reaches up into the part to support the upper area. I printed this at low resolution and fast speed, which helps with bridging in the cavity where the pin travels through. Support doesn't work there.
