A custom-made drive sled for a DVD drive, expertly crafted from scratch using OpenSCAD. This innovative design is divided into versatile components, allowing for seamless parametric modifications to suit various user needs. The primary objective of this intricate design was to create a perfectly integrated object that would effortlessly fit onto the platform and skillfully utilize the remaining stepper-motor and rods after disassembling the drive, maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
