Made for my Electrospindel, a 2.2kW machine with a 75mm cylindrical mounting area. For smaller diameter spindels, just add a spacer. I have no plans to modify the model for larger diameters. The hose connector tube is 80mm OD. The brush can be hot-glued into its recess in the brush body. M5 nuts are also glued into matching recesses in the brush body, lining up with 6x10mm magnets that are flush-glued into the dustshoe body. This allows for fast removal and reassembly of the brush body. The Clamp Nut is tapped with M6 threads to allow clamping and loosening of the clamping collar on the dustshoe body. Inside the dustshoe, a clip mounts an 8mm USB camera. The camera can be set up as a webcam in Mach3/4 or UCCNC. Connected to my 1800W shopvac, the dustshoe has proven way more efficient at dust collection than any previous variants I've tried. I recommend making 2-3 brush bodies with different length brushes.
