When working at my DIY workstation, tiny fragments of wires, solder, pins, and other debris have a tendency to scatter all over the table and surrounding area whenever I cut wires and circuit boards. These pesky particles are a significant nuisance to clean up and can potentially cause problems if they get inside computers and other sensitive equipment. To alleviate this issue, I created a simple receptacle to catch stray fly-offs. To use it effectively, you'll want to position your cutting work near the inlet, ensuring that most of the debris falls into the bin below. The design allows for easy storage and can be used as a regular trash can when you're not engaged in cutting or other messy tasks.
