Human: This is a customized dust show for the Rigid R2401 trim router specifically designed for the R2401 trim router that my CNC machine uses every day. The router's standard dust collection duties are streamlined with this shoe, which has a precise hole accommodating a shop vac hose of average diameter. This innovative dust shoe securely fastens to the router using a high-strength 30mm bolt and nut combination. Upon further inspection, I'm fairly certain that the actual dimensions call for an M4-sized bolt and nut, offering additional stability. Impressively, this cleverly designed shoe is optimized for printing on compact surfaces, ideally a 12x12 cm print bed like my trusty thingomatic can handle with ease. To ensure superior print quality, it's highly recommended to use high-temperature resistant ABS plastic material for this project rather than standard PLA plastic. I'm considering adding another iteration of this shoe, integrating magnets for an ultra-simplified securement process directly to the R2401 trim router itself.
