I designed a custom frame and bottom housing for an airrohr case, specifically tailored for NodeMCU v3, a 12v Power plug with a 2.1mm connector, and an LM2596s DC-DC converter to accommodate longer power cables (5m +). This new design requires no special print settings. To ensure proper functionality, use a micro USB plug because the "vin" of the NodeMCU v3 will not power the SDS011 via "vu" (V-USB). I also added a window mount plate that needs to be warmed up and bent at 90° to fit perfectly.
