Dust extractor Parkside 20V angle grinder
thingiverse
I designed this extractor for my Parkside angle grinder so I could cut slots in the walls for electrical pipe to sit in. This process creates massive amounts of dust. It was very well capable to extract the dust, with the enclosure and my Festool Mini the dust was reduced with 95% I would say. I used a 100mm diamand disc to cut because I had these lying around, the Parkside PWSAP 20 can accept 125mm discs, this will make a deeper cut. With the 100mm disc I ended up cutting about 25mm deep with this attachment. To fit the attachment you need to remove the original steel shield and use the three bolts to secure the printed one. There's a separate fitting I printed in TPE to attach my vacuum, this has a 35mm ID and can fit the old type Festool hose connector. I had some issues with the support material, please optimise the settings for your printer. I did some design updates, the version shown in the photos is the original version, it differs a little bit from the model.
