The CNC mill's dust remover is a vital component, especially when working with materials that generate excessive debris. The Kress 1050 mill motor, which is widely used in various industries, requires an adapter that fits its dimensions precisely. This adapter has a width of 80mm and a height of 20mm, ensuring a snug fit on the CNC machine. The "Saugadapter Standard" attachment is secured to the mill motor using ten 10mm neodymium magnets, which can be easily removed when needed. This design allows for quick disassembly and reassembly, making maintenance and repair work more efficient. To assemble this dust remover system, six neodymium magnets with a diameter of 10mm and a width of 2mm are required. These magnets should be mounted to the motor adapter using four M4 screws. The "Absaugschuh Final" is then attached to the adapter with the same type of screws. The curtain that covers the dust collector is made from rubber, sourced from an old tire hose. Two cable ties secure it in place, ensuring a tight fit around the collector's opening. A 32mm hose connects the vacuum cleaner to the system, allowing for smooth airflow and efficient dust collection. When using this setup with a Karcher vacuum cleaner and a Zyclon dust remover purchased from eBay, additional adapters may be necessary. For instance, a 50mm diameter adapter can be printed and attached to the Karcher's inlet, while another one is connected to the 32mm hose.
