Oneida Air Systems Dust Deputy Cyclone Separator Repair RingOne of the things I did was to place my dust separator on top of a large drum using a wooden plug on top. This was great because it greatly increased the storage capacity of my shop dust separator. Unfortunately, it was knocked over and the dust separator struck another tool and snapped the mounting flange at the bottom of my separator. Rather than purchase a new separator I made a few measurements and came up with this design.Using a Dremel, I removed any remaining flange or ribs on my dust separator and made it smooth on the outside and inside the remaining piece of the separator. This model provides a socket where the dust separator can be inserted and then remounted to my collection drum. A small bit of silicon adhesive seals the new flange and holds the remaining dust separator firmly in place. Back in business and saved the cost of replacing the dust separator.I printed this using PLA but you can use any filament you have on hand.My settings:50% infill 4 layers top and bottom3 perimeters
