Dust covers for GX-16 sockets

Three dust covers with 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm openings for the socket side of GX-16 connectors are available. Attach the socket to the panel using the metal nut, then slide this dust cover over your wires before soldering on. Slide the dust cover up over the wires and screw it onto the socket for a cleaner look on installations where the back is visible. There should be enough space inside for zip tying a wire sleeve over your bundle and hiding the zip tie inside the cover too. This can also double as strain relief. The thread is 16.3mm x 0.75mm, which should match well with the 16x0.75 of the socket nut side. The dust covers can be printed with the thread facing up or down either way, and no supports are needed. Printing the thread down may get an elephant's foot that could hurt the thread, but a raft won't harm it. Printing the thread up will give less area for adhesion, so it's up to you how you want to do it. My test was a bit tight on the thread, so I printed it at 101% on X and Y, and it fit much better. 102% would probably be perfect, but this may vary depending on your printer and calibration. Anything with this fine a thread that needs to mate with cheaply mass-produced die-cast metal parts will likely need slight adjustment, so I'm calling this thing done. It threaded on at 100% scale, just a little tight. Does work, scale X and Y up if needed, leave Z alone so it doesn't change the thread pitch. The threads did indeed feel smoother when printing with the threads facing up. Getting them away from the heat of the bed helps them form.
