Dust Cover for Parkside Plungesaw PTSS 1200 C1, PTSS 1200 C2 and PTSS 1200 D2

<p>This cover plate closes the hole for saw blade change in the blade covers of the Parkside Plunge Saws PTSS 1200 C1, PTSS 1200 C2 and PTSSS 1200 D2 (D2 confirmed in the comments by Lee Morton - Thank you, Lee) and should improve dust collection with these saws. (Note: This cover will not fit onto other models of this saw.)</p><p>Update on 2022-05-21</p><p>I removed the first version and replaced it with version 2 which has built-in supports and is therefore easier to print.</p><h5>Printing instructions:</h5><p>I printed this model on my Ender 3 Pro with transluscent red PETG, a layer height of 0,2mm, 4 top and 4 bottom layers and 4 walls. The line width of the walls was set to 0,5mm.</p><h5>Post Processing:</h5><p>Carefully remove the small supports from the 2 clips of the model by wiggling them downwards. They should come off quite easily. If neccessary, clean the clips with a utility knife or a string cutter.</p><h5>Installation on the saw:</h5><p>Disconnect the saw from power, then put the saw in front of you, lay it on its side (motor facing down) with the hole in the blade cover facing up and with the blade turning to the right. Then position the cover over the hole (beveled part facing downwards and to you) and first insert the little clip of the cover plate on the side facing to the left. Then push firmly (the first time you insert it, it will take quite some force) onto the part of the cover where the other little clip is located, until it snaps into place. I added a photo to explain this better.</p><p>To remove it, just use a flathead screwdriver to lift the cover from the beveled side.</p><p>All brandnames and trademarks are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.</p>
