Dust Collector Bin Full Detector https://youtu.be/S2ge_bv1c7U The full description and instructions for building this project have been moved to the Instructables site: https://www.instructables.com/id/Dust-Collector-Full-Detector/ Detects when a dust collector drum is full by sensing when a small DC motor driving a paddle inside the drum stops due to shavings blocking the paddle from turning. This device is based on an article by William F. Pentz, but I did not use his design: http://billpentz.com/woodworking/cyclone/dust_level_sensor.cfm The version 1 notes for the DIY prototype board have been moved to the Thing Files section under “Version 1 assembly notes.txt”. You can ignore these notes if you're using the latest version documented on Instructables. Prints, as I printed them, do what you think best.
