Dust Collection Accessories

These are an assortment of Dust Collection Accessories that I've printed. I may be adding more as I need them or possibly upon request for something. I've also added the actual dimensions to all the parts to make it easier for you to make sure these will fit your needs. CURRENTLY HAVE: • 2.25'' Dust-Internal Inlet V1 -This is the first version I made for the internal part for a dust separator which your vacuum/dust collection hose would attach to. OD = 2.25" ID = 2.125" Tube = 2" - Flange = .25" - Total Height = 2.25" • 2.25'' Dust Internal-Inlet V2 - This is the second version I made, which seems to do a better job at keeping the finer dust particles from going to the dust collector. OD = 2.25" ID = 2.125" Tube = 2" - Flange = .25" - Total Height = 2.25" • 2.25'' Dust Intake - This is a 3.25"X7" intake port for the external part for a dust separator or power tool which your vacuum/dust collection hose would attach to. OD = 2.25" ID = 2.125" Intake and Tube = 1.5" (ea.) - Insert Lip (including Stop) = .3125" - Total Height = 3.3125" • 2.25 Inner to Outer Adapter - This was an adapter I made to lengthen the end of a PVC that got cut a little too short to give more room for clamping down the hose to it. Lower - OD = 2.5" ID = 2.25" (Height = 1.25") Upper - OD = 2.25" ID = 2.125" (Height = 1") • 2.5'' Dust Internal Inlet - This is for the internal part for a dust separator which your vacuum/dust collection hose would attach to. OD = 2.5" ID = 2.375" Tube = 2" - Flange = .2378" - Total Height = 2.2378" Added 3/5/21: • 2.5'' Threaded Tapered End - This has one end threaded so it can be attached to a flex hose without needing a clamp to hold it in place. It could be used as just an end, but I made it to attach the hose my shop-vac to increase the hose size. I also has a slight taper to it and I made in two different length (1 1/2" and 3"). Upper - OD = 2.41" (tapers to 2.285" and .625 long) (1.625" long) ID = 2.13" Lower - OD = 2.456" ID = 2.13" (1.075" long ) OD of thread = 2.628" Stop - OD = 3" ID = 2.87 and 0.315" deep Total Height = 3.325" Added 3/9/21: • 2.25" to 2.5" Adapter - This just a simple straight pipe adapter to attach to a 2.25" fitting/port to a 2.5" hose. Note: one end has a rounded outer edge that goes towards the hose and the other end has a rounded inner edge that goes towards the fitting/port. OD = 2.48" ID = 2.25" • 2.5" Inner to Outer Adapter - This was an adapter I made to lengthen the end of a PVC that got cut a little too short to give more room for clamping down the hose to it. Lower - OD = 2.75" ID = 2.5" (Height = 1.25") Upper - OD = 2.5" ID = 2.25" (Height = 1") • 2.5'' Dust Intake - This is a 3.25"X7" intake port for the external part for a dust separator or power tool which your vacuum/dust collection hose would attach to. OD = 2.5" ID = 2.25" Intake and Tube = 1.5" (ea.) - Insert Lip (including Stop) = .3125" - Total Height = 3.3125" Added 3/13/21: • 2.5'' Threaded 2.5" Slip Adapter - This has one end threaded so it can be attached to a flex hose without needing a clamp to hold it in place and the other end a hose can be temporary slipped on or clamped down. Upper - OD = 2.49" ID = 2.125" (2.25" long) Lower - OD = 2.456" ID = 2.125" (1.075" long ) OD of thread = 2.628" Stop - OD = 3" ID = 2.87 (0.315" deep) Total Height = 3.325" • 2.5'' Hose Hold Downs - These are for attaching your dust collection hoses to a wall, side of a cabinet, etc.. There are three different ones, two that have a flat inner face for going around a flex hose if it's collapsed, and the second for command 2.5" PVC pipe. The third one has a inner beveled face for going into the groove of a flex hose when expanded. Flat Faced - OD = 3.25" ID = 2.85" Flat Faced PVC - OD = 3.275" ID = 2.875" Beveled Faced - OD = 3" ID = 2.52" Have plans and ideas for more items, Just haven't had time to create them yet.
