This is everything I designed for my dust collection system. There's a Y adapter, which is most efficient for splitting vacuum. It also comes with a built-in blast gate integrated into the Y adapter. Then there's a T adapter where you can't use a Y adapter. You'll also find a stand-alone regular blast gate and a specialized blast gate that takes a 2 1/4" OD hose, which is what I used for my Festool tools. There's a 90-degree coupler and a straight coupler if you need to attach two pieces together. You can print various saw and tool adapters as well. You can either print the basic connectors and operate them manually or use your own 1/4" bolt, or you can also print the provided servo brackets for the gates along with the servo arm and use an Arduino to open and close the gates. I suggest printing with PETG because it's very dimensionally accurate and tough. ABS would work too, but you might need to adjust settings as it shrinks, and minor deviations could make pieces not fit each other or your tools or hoses. I designed all parts to be printed without supports. The only things I bought for my dust collection system (besides the tools) were the hoses and metal clamps that attach the hoses to the 3D-printed parts. You can buy hoses at a specialty hardware store or on Amazon. Note that this hose will want to collapse when vacuum is going through it, so secure it to your walls. I created a special angle holder to loosely hold the hose next to my dust extractor so it wouldn't bunch up. I have the system running using the Arduino servo mechanism – I've got 7 tools connected, and I use a 7V 2Amp DC power supply for the 7 SG90 servos.
