I have an old Bolens snowblower model B1026. I lost the axle dust cap this year and couldn't find one online, so I decided to make one. The internal diameter is 41.25mm with 3mm walls and a 53.25mm diameter cover to make it easy to grab if you want to remove it. It should be made with a flexible filament like TPU in order to be able to snuggly fit around the hub lip.
